Data Deletion

WooshStoreAI lets you request the complete deletion of personal data collected by the platform at any time. This page describes the process.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from your registered address to support@wooshpayment.com with subject 'Data deletion request'.
  2. Include in the message: your registration email and (if applicable) the Facebook page / Instagram account connected to your WooshStoreAI account.
  3. Within 30 days we will delete: profile data, content published via our app, Meta OAuth tokens (FB Pages and IG accounts), imported products, project history, analytics events.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed.

Automatic deletion via Meta

If you have used our app to connect a Facebook page or Instagram account, you can also initiate the deletion directly from the Facebook settings panel:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and login → Apps and Websites.
  2. Find 'wooshstoreai page posting'.
  3. Click 'Remove'. Meta will send us a programmatic request which we will process within 30 days.
