What you pay, when, and what you get. Zero trickery.

Plan summary

Three plans, no gotcha tiers, no "contact us for pricing". Building is always free — you only pay when you decide to publish a store on a real domain or to operate at agency scale. Pay monthly or annually (annual saves you roughly 2 months).

Why Whop, not Stripe

Technical honesty: WooshStore billing runs on Whop, not Stripe direct. Why? Whop is already wired up to WooshPayment, our other SaaS, and keeping a single PSP in the loop means we eat the processing fees, not you. You pay the flat plan price, no surcharge.

When you click "Upgrade to Pro", here's what happens:

  • We redirect you to whop.com/checkout/... with the plan price already set.
  • Enter card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or Apple Pay / Google Pay directly on Whop's checkout.
  • Whop pings us via idempotent webhook (invoice_paid + membership_activated) — we verify HMAC and activate the plan on your WooshStore account.
  • Confirmation email + PDF receipt within 30 seconds.

The upside for you: same experience as a Stripe checkout (cards accepted everywhere, 3D Secure when needed), plus Whop handles EU VAT and tax compliance instead of us. That means you'll never have to open a ticket about "why did you charge me IT VAT at 22%, I'm in DE" — the flow is already correct.

Switching plans

  • Upgrade (e.g. Pro → Agency): immediate. You pay the prorated difference for the remaining days in the current cycle and the new plan kicks in right away. Extra tools (API, unlimited stores) unlock in chat in real time.
  • Downgrade (e.g. Agency → Pro, or Pro → Free): takes effect at the next renewal. No retroactive proration — you keep what you've paid until the end of the cycle, then the renewal day flips you to the new plan. Standard SaaS policy, avoids people upgrade-downgrading every 2 days to milk premium features.
  • Cancel: keep access until the end of the cycle, then auto-fall back to Free. Your projects stay saved (we don't delete them) but they can't be published as new stores anymore and the paid tools (AI image gen, multilingual, chat) lock. See section below.

What happens on cancellation

Important and often misunderstood: the stores you already published on YOUR Shopify stay live. That store is yours, not ours — it lives on shopify.com with your products, your domain, your theme, your pages. We are the AI agency that built it, not the landlord. There is no "unpublish" button on our side we could press if you stop paying.

What you do lose by falling back to Free after cancellation:

  • AI chat for building new stores or editing the existing one via prompts (you can always edit it by hand from your Shopify admin).
  • AI image generation (the images you've already generated stay on your Shopify, but you can't make new ones from chat).
  • Automatic multilingual tooling (languages already published stay, but you can't add new ones via AI).
  • Access to the WooshPayment branded checkout with your plan's preferential fee.

What you don't lose: the email marketing flow installed on your Shopify (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) keeps running because it's yours — it runs on your Shopify Email / Klaviyo / whatever email app you have connected.

14-day refund

On Pro and Agency: 100% refund if requested within 14 days of your first payment. No questions, no "did you try talking to customer success?" — you send an email to hello@wooshpayment.com with your Whop order ID (it's on the receipt), and we refund within 24h on business days. One click on our side, refund, done.

After 14 days no partial refunds — a rule that applies to us too, not to be jerks but because half the cost of a Pro plan is bandwidth + AI API calls already consumed, and we can't "give back" resources already spent.

Exception: if a bug on our side blocks your store for more than 24 consecutive hours (we see it in logs), we prorate the downtime days as a credit on your next invoice. You don't even have to ask — we do it proactively when monitoring catches it.

Invoice / VAT

Whop automatically issues a PDF receipt for every payment, downloadable from your Whop account anytime (the receipt is valid for most business expense reporting and simplified accounting).

If you need a proper invoice billed to an IT/EU company with a VAT ID (for VAT deduction or ordinary accounting regimes), email billing@wooshpayment.com with:

  • Whop order ID (on the receipt).
  • Company name + legal address.
  • VAT ID + electronic invoicing code / PEC (for IT e-invoicing).

Reply within 24h with the invoice in the right format. EU VAT OSS applied where due: if you're a B2B company with a valid VAT ID in an EU country different from the issuer's, we apply reverse charge and the invoice goes out without VAT with the correct legal note.
