The WooshStore subscription
WooshStore is a €297/month subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel anytime from the panel or by emailing hello@wooshstoreai.com: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and nothing is charged on future renewals.
Refunds
- Duplicate charge or technical billing error: full refund — contact us within 30 days with your receipt.
- Unwanted renewal: if you haven't used the service after a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll consider refunding that renewal.
- Used periods: months already used are non-refundable; cancelling stops future renewals.
- In any case, mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
How to request a refund
Email hello@wooshstoreai.com from your account email, stating the charge date. We reply within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Whop (timing depends on the card network, typically 5–10 business days).
