Acceptance

By using WooshStore (https://wooshstoreai.com) you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

What the service is

WooshStore is an AI Shopify Builder: you chat with an AI and it helps you build a Shopify store (brand, domain, theme, products, payments, email). We don't replace your business judgment or guarantee revenue.

Account

  • You are responsible for the security of your credentials (password, magic link).
  • One account per natural person.
  • WooshStore may suspend accounts for abuse (spam, scraping, limit bypass).

Plans and billing

WooshStore is offered as a single subscription at €297/month (VAT included for EU/IT VAT-registered businesses, where applicable), automatically renewing month to month until you cancel.

  • Payments are processed by Whop (card, Apple Pay, crypto, SEPA): we never see or store your full card details.
  • You can cancel anytime from the panel or by emailing hello@wooshstoreai.com: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, no penalties.
  • If the subscription lapses, access to paid features stops; your data remains exportable per the Privacy Policy.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
  • Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and apply from the next renewal.

Connecting Shopify

When you connect your store you authorise us to:

  • Read public shop info (name, currency, timezone).
  • Create themes, products, pages, collections, discounts, script tags (within OAuth scopes).
  • Remove your access token when you request it (revoke from the Shopify dashboard).

You are responsible for the content you publish on your Shopify store (products, prices, claims).

AI-generated content

The AI may produce inaccurate or off-niche text. Always review before publishing, especially:

  • Product descriptions.
  • Legal pages (Privacy, Terms, Returns) — must reflect YOUR actual practice, not defaults.
  • Automated emails.

You are the publisher of the content, not WooshStore.

Intellectual property

  • All content generated in your projects is yours.
  • WooshStore's code, logo and platform are ours. You can't resell the service as your own.

Limits of liability

WooshStore is provided "as is". We don't guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability.
  • Accuracy of AI content.
  • Compliance of your final store with your country's regulations (DSA, EU VAT OSS, GDPR, FTC, etc.).

In no event are we liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or your store being suspended by Shopify.

Termination

You may terminate at any time by emailing hello@wooshstoreai.com.

We may terminate inactive accounts or those in violation of these terms with 30 days' notice (immediate in case of severe abuse).
